Return and Refund Policy

At HMM Textile, we are committed to the quality of our luxury home goods. Our policy is designed to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered in perfect condition.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
Returns and exchanges are only accepted under the following two conditions:
- Manufacturing Defect/Damage: The product arrives damaged or defective.
- Incorrect Item: The product delivered is different from the product ordered.
Important: We do not accept returns or offer store credit for change of mind due to the hygienic nature of our textile products.
2. Claim Window and Condition
Your claim must meet the following strict criteria to be processed:
A. Return Window
The customer has a 7-day window from the date the product is received to initiate a return or exchange process.
B. Condition of Item
The item must be returned unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must be returned with all original packaging materials, tags, and documentation intact.
C. Damage Reporting (Crucial Clause)
If your product is damaged upon delivery, you MUST report the damage by emailing at complaint@hmmtextiles.com to our customer support team within 30 minutes of receiving the product. Claims received after this 30-minute window, even if the item is damaged, will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping & Costs
For any accepted claim (defect or wrong item):
- Shipping Cost: HMM Textile will cover the cost of return shipping. Once your return is approved, we will either arrange for a return pickup or provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.
4. Refund Method (Store Credit Only)
HMM Textile does not offer cash or credit card refunds.
In the event your return is inspected and accepted, we will process your refund in the form of a Store Credit or Exchange:
- Store Credit: We will issue a digital coupon or credit note equal to the value of the product(s) returned. This store credit can be used to purchase any other product(s) available on our website.
- Exchange: If you prefer, we will dispatch the correct or replacement item free of cost once the defective item is received and inspected.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please email refund@hmmtextiles.com with the following details:
- Your Order Number.
- A clear reason for the return (Defect/Damage or Wrong Item).
- Photographic evidence showing the defect or the incorrect item received.
