HMM Textile aims to dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours. For customers in Karachi, delivery typically takes 2–3 working days. For all other major cities in Pakistan (Lahore, Islamabad, etc.), delivery takes 3–5 working days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking ID via email once your order has shipped.
We offer a 7-day free exchange policy if the product is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. Due to the nature of luxury textiles and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Ironing should be done on a medium setting if required. Full care instructions are available on the product label.
